Deskhand is a service of Harbor View Quant System, a sole proprietorship of Yuchao Cao in Warwick, Rhode Island ("we", "us"). This policy covers hellodeskhand.com and the text messages and emails we send.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number and the details of your request.
• For text messages: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts, and the messages exchanged.
• Basic site logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), such as IP address and pages visited.

How we use it

To answer your request, deliver the work you ask for, and send the messages you agreed to receive (project updates, appointment confirmations and reminders). We do not sell your information.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the carrier and messaging provider (Twilio) needed to deliver the messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Keeping and deleting

We keep project records so we can maintain the work later. Email hello@hellodeskhand.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
