Live demo: online booking for a barbershop

This is what Deskhand sets up for a shop like yours: a booking page your customers use from Google or your website, a day view for you, and automatic texts. "Harbor Barber Co." is a made-up demo shop; tap services, barbers, days and times to try it. Nothing is booked or sent.

I want this for my business or email hello@hellodeskhand.com

1. Customer books (phone, no account)

Four screens, five taps. Price is visible on every screen (the #1 complaint in reviews); only free times are shown; deposit and text consent sit on the last step.

A confirmation text is on its way.

2. Owner's day view (phone or counter tablet)

One column per barber, colour = status. The two big buttons handle the day's surprises: a walk-in goes into a free seat without moving anyone, and "Running late" texts everyone booked in the next 2 hours.

Why it works

Price on every screenPrice surprise was the most common complaint (65 of 159 negative reviews), so the price shows when picking, when booking, and in every text.
Only real free timesThe time picker hides taken slots and the seats kept for walk-ins, which fixes "had an appointment and still waited".
Five taps, no accountService, barber, day, time, book. A customer never makes a password.
Two buttons for bad daysWalk-in and Running late are the only big buttons on the owner's screen. They cover the two moments that cause most complaints.
Phone firstOwners run the day from a phone or a counter tablet; every screen works at 390 px wide.
No charge to bookLike calling the shop: no card, no deposit. Deposits stay off unless the owner turns them on for a long service or a customer who missed before.
Consent is explicitThe texting checkbox starts unchecked, as A2P 10DLC requires, and STOP works on every message.
